Lilian Swindell is a recent graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma, where she earned her degree in Strategic Communications and Leadership. As a first-generation student who pieced together financing for her degree, Lily has a passion for making higher education attainable for all students. At UCO, Lily was the leader for UCO's National Student Advertising Competition team, the Marketing Intern for Campus Enterprises, and a participant in the Leaders of Tomorrow scholarship organization. Since 2019, Lily has owned and operated a small business, Lil Bit of My Closet, where she sells secondhand and sustainable clothing online. Since graduating, Lily has continued to grow her business, manage social media accounts for a variety of clients and help students plan and prepare for college. Lily also is newly married to her husband and best friend, Blake, and they live in Oklahoma City with their dog, Otis.
